Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

To check your delivery status, find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and enter it on the carrier page linked there.

No tracking yet? Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. If it has been longer, email supportpawsport@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
